This is an exciting and unique opportunity for an Internal sales representative to join its warm, friendly, and highly successful team in Sydney. The Role:

The Internal Sales Representative will be reasonable for driving sales while handling all the inbound sales enquires.



  • Answering customer sales enquires via telephone, email, website, CRM, and face to face



  • Attend to the front desk and support customers with orders and pricing



  • Handing a range of enquires with existing customers & new customers



  • Collaborate with builders, carpenters, installers, cladding contractors, form workers etc



  • Producing quotes for customers for all sales enquiries



  • Follow up on customer quotations with a view to securing sales



  • Processing customer orders



  • Maintain an accurate and update CRM database



The Requirements:

  • Sales experience within the timber, engineered wood, decking, timber flooring, hardware, formwork, steel, or any technical building product is required



  • Proven track record selling to carpenters, builders, contractors, and form worker



  • Able to work 1-2 Saturdays a month - a Saturday allowance of $360 per day is provided.



  • Self-motived, driven with the ability to be proactive and get things done!



  • Strong communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
