About the Company:

The privately-owned Broome International Airport plays a vital role in connecting tourists to one of Australia’s most iconic holiday destinations, as well as serving the local community to provide a hub for local, interstate and international travel. With an enduring community connection to the town, and as one of the major infrastructure providers in the region, Broome International Airport occupies an important place in the identity of Broome itself.

About the Role:

As ENGINEERING MANAGER, you will take the helm to manage a close-knit Engineering team to design, plan and execute the annual capital works program which covers a diverse range of multiple projects within the airport confines, within Budget, Time and HSEQ parameters. This role offers a genuine career challenge and pathway to a key management role within the BIA team. On offer will be superb remuneration and relocation package to Broome, housing assistance, phone, laptop and work vehicle (Toyota Hilux). This role may suit an ENGINEERING MANAGER looking to balance a fulfilling career with the amazing upside of a glorious, coastal north west WA lifestyle (boating, camping, fishing), while raising a family in a country setting. Alternatively, it may suit an “empty nest” Engineering Manager, looking to continue their career outside the hustle and bustle of a major city, and relocate with their partner to this iconic beachside paradise.
