Quantum Comms are a well-established company specialising in Rigging, Civils, Comms, EWP and plant hire with a long history of delivering complex projects in the telecommunication field. Currently based in Victoria with presence in Queensland, with the ability to service Clients Australia wide. We have a highly skilled team with over 40 staff members.

As the business continues to grow, an exceptional opportunity has presented itself for an experienced truck body builder to work on our growing fleet of trucks.

The Opportunity

This position will require you to support the workshop team and carry out all repairs to trucks. 

  • General Repairs: Including smash repairs and/or panel replacements.
  • Spray Painting: To restore or upgrade paintwork 
  • Rust Repairs: From minor to major rust removal jobs.
  • Cut and Polish: Getting  vehicle looking its very best.

We are looking for someone... 

  • Demonstrated experience in vehicle body building and repair working on trucks / ewp. 
  • Has the ability to work unsupervised.
  • A commitment to safe work practices producing quality workmanship within the required timeframe.
  • Well-developed communication skills along with a team-oriented outlook.

The boxes you'll tick

  • Trade qualification as panel beater or body builder
  • Provide your own basic hand tools
  • Heavy vehicle license would be an advantage
